1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing the member area or using any marketplace feature, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. The service is unavailable where its use or the offered content is prohibited.
2. Account types and access
Buyer and creator accounts have separate workspaces and permissions. Administrative accounts are restricted to platform operations. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. One person may not use another person’s account or misrepresent identity, age or authority.
3. Creator verification
Before publishing, creators submit the front and back of their ID and a live video stating UnlockModels and the displayed verification code. Only authorized administration can review this evidence; it is never sold or shown to buyers.
4. Adult content, ownership and consent
Only non-explicit glamour photographs of verified adults are allowed. Clothing must cover breasts, genitals and buttocks; no nudity, sheer coverage or sexual activity. Do not show faces. Each album must come from one photo session and contain no duplicate photos. Review every image before uploading. UnlockModels is an adults-only content marketplace. Creators retain copyright and warrant that they lawfully control every upload, every depicted person is at least 18, and valid identity, age, consent and release records exist. Each listing must accurately select its adult specialty and content level. Content involving minors or youthful presentation, coercion, non-consensual imagery, sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, animals, stolen material, real incest, impersonation or privacy violations is strictly prohibited.
5. Marketplace license
A confirmed purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the unlocked item through the buyer account. It does not transfer copyright and does not permit copying, screen recording, scraping, redistribution, resale, publication, sublicensing or use for training, identification or harassment.
6. Prices, crypto and store credit
Creators set USD-denominated prices. Crypto invoices use the displayed conversion rate and network at creation. Store credit is an internal account balance recorded in USD cents, is not cryptocurrency, earns no interest, and has no cash value except where the platform expressly records an approved adjustment or refund.
7. Manual payment verification
A TXID alone does not unlock content. Crypto transfers require administrator verification. A purchase fully funded with available store credit can complete through the internal balance workflow without an on-chain transfer.
8. Custom requests
Custom requests must follow the non-explicit glamour and no-face rules. The buyer accepts the agreed price, delivery period and revisions before funding. Delivery, approval and any dispute use the protected request workflow.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not evade access controls, probe the service, share protected links, use automated extraction, manipulate reviews, launder funds, submit false transaction IDs, threaten users, solicit prohibited content, publish personal information, or use the platform for fraud, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose.
10. Moderation and enforcement
UnlockModels may review uploads, hide or remove content, reject payments, preserve relevant evidence, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, withhold disputed earnings and cooperate with valid legal requests. Enforcement decisions may consider account history, payment evidence, creator verification, user reports and platform safety.
11. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control. Features, supported assets and these Terms may change. Material updates are identified by a new effective version and may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
12. Liability and indemnity
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnlockModels is not responsible for blockchain congestion, wallet errors, irreversible transfers, user-supplied content or indirect losses. Users remain responsible for their conduct and agree to cover losses arising from their breach, unlawful content or violation of third-party rights.
13. Termination and surviving obligations
You may stop using the service at any time. Suspension or closure does not cancel completed transactions, ownership duties, content licenses, dispute obligations, record retention or amounts lawfully due. Provisions concerning rights, payments, liability, enforcement and records survive account closure.
